Are your products handmade?

Yes—every item in our shop is 100% handmade by skilled Moroccan artisans using traditional tools and techniques. Small variations in shape, carving, or color are natural and part of the charm of handmade work.

 

What are your products made of?

We use pure and solid materials to ensure quality and longevity. For our wooden pieces, we work with cedar wood—a durable, aromatic, and beautiful wood traditionally used in Moroccan craftsmanship.
Our leather goods are made with genuine leather that is naturally and eco-friendly tanned, using traditional methods without harmful chemicals.
For accents and hardware, we use pure and solid brass, giving each piece an authentic and timeless touch.

 

Can your products be used outdoors?

Some of our products, especially wooden pieces, are best suited for indoor use. If you'd like to use a piece outdoors, please contact us first—we can advise you on finishes or custom options that offer better weather resistance.

 

Can I customize a product?

Absolutely. If you need a specific size, color, or pattern variation, feel free to contact us, we love creating custom pieces that match your vision.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Yes! While the packaging remains as usual, we’re happy to add a personalized message if your order is a gift. Just let us know during checkout or contact us after placing your order—we’ll make sure your message is included.

 

How do I install or hang my decor piece?

Most of our wall decor pieces are lightweight and come with hanging hardware or are easy to mount using wall hooks or brackets. If you need specific installation advice, feel free to reach out and we’ll guide you based on your chosen product.

 

What currency are the prices on your site?

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

 

Why do you ask for my phone number at checkout?

We kindly request your phone number during checkout so we can include it on the shipping form.

This ensures a smooth and secure delivery with our express carriers (FedEx or DHL), allowing them to contact you directly if needed for delivery updates or address confirmation.

Your information is kept private and secure, and will only be used for shipping purposes.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide using trusted express carriers like FedEx and DHL. No matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you safely and quickly.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free express shipping to the USA, UK, and some other selected European countries.
For other destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Delivery time depends on your location and distance from Morocco.

For most European countries and the United States, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

For other destinations, such as Canada, Asia or Australia, shipping may take longer—typically between 7–12 business days.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment using the FedEx or DHL website or mobile app, or directly through our website by visiting the “Order Tracking” page.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your item arrives defective or damaged—just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition. You must ship it back at your own expense.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not been shipped yet. After this window, cancellations may not be possible due to our fast processing times.

 

I entered an incorrect address—what should I do?

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address (misspelled, incomplete, or auto-filled), please reply to your order confirmation email immediately to notify us.

You can also contact us directly through our contact page.

If the address is incorrect, we can update it within 12 hours of the order being placed.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given after the 12-hour window for incorrect address submissions, as the order may already be in processing or shipped.

 

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do our best to minimize these costs by properly labeling and packaging your order.

 

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes, we love working with interior designers, decorators, and retailers. Contact us for wholesale inquiries or special pricing for bulk orders.

 

Do you plant a tree for every order?

Yes. As part of our eco-conscious mission, we donate to tree-planting associations and plant a tree for every sale.
