Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Please Note: Some customized orders may take longer to process and ship, typically 3 to 4 weeks, as previously agreed upon with our valued customers. We will keep you informed about the progress and provide updates as needed.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide using FedEx Express and DHL Express. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 2 to 3 business days.
- USA: 3 to 4 business days.
- Canada: 4 to 5 business days.
- Asia & Australia: 7 to 9 business days.
- Other Countries: Delivery times vary based on location.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur, especially due to high pressure on shipping companies during holidays and special events.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Ja Zwiin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and take sufficient photos of both the outside and inside packaging. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and correct the issue.
